KC Custom Remodeling is the best General Contractor I have ever used! My project was to expand my almost new house by putting on a second floor and expanding the first floor. The day I left to go north for the summer there was no roof over half my house and the rear wall was gone. As I left looking at the blue sky over my head they said don't worry when you come back it will be perfect. When I came back 4 months later and walked into the house it was perfect. In fact they had cleaned the house, moved all the furniture back had the lights on and the music playing! Not only did they do a great job on the construction part of the project they kept me informed on budget issues which they had accurately estimated and achieved and communicated with me on their progress on a regular basis . One thing that really impressed me was their design and decorating talents as they suggested several great ideas we incorporated into the remodel.

As with any older home, hidden issues appeared, from bad wiring to rotted wood, but Nate handled everything with skill and care. He redesigned our kitchen to be far more functional, helped us choose high-quality materials, and delivered the coastal look we wanted.
